Keiko - An Orca's Journey from Captivity to Freedom is a full length educational documentary, currently in production. It provides viewers an inside look into the world’s most beloved killer whale, through video, inspiring music, and interviews with experts who were a part of Keiko's life.

Everyone hoped that Keiko would find his family and live happily ever after. When thatdidn’t happen, the media walked away and called the effort a failure.

This is the amazing story of what actually happened with Keiko. The film takes the viewer on Keiko’s journey, explores his strong will to survive, and enjoys his enormous embrace of his own freedom.

Through first hand accounts by those who were there every day, the film follows Keiko, his life, his legacy, and the untold story of his extraordinary years of ‘freedom’ in Iceland and Norway where
he thrived before his death in 2003.

The title song "Keiko" is an original instrumental piece dedicated to Keiko that evokes the whale’s song through the extra-ordinary lead guitar theme written by Theresa Demarest and eloquently performed by Good Company band member Tim Ellis.

This is Keiko's Dream... This is Keiko's Legacy.
